Goodbye June! June was a hectic month for me. Mr. Man and I bought a house and we’ve been transitioning between moving from one house to the new house. Last weekend we finally made our last haul and we are officially all moved in. Now time for a few renovations (My office and Mr. Man’s office). Hopefully I can get back into the blogging and bookstagramming mood soon! I just need to unpack my sixteen boxes of books. Life has been an endless array of chaos and it’s definitely been an adventure. Now, for why you all are here. Today I’m here to share the four books I read this month. It was a sad month for reading, that’s for sure.
I managed to read all of the arcs on my tbr… and one book on my kindle new release list. So here we go.
June Advanced Copies:
In June I finished three advanced copies and all three books are now available!
The first book I finished was Misconception by Kaylee Ryan. Kaylee Ryan always writes sweet heroines and swoony heroes. I was swept away by her newest title Misconception. | The second book I finished was Tempting The Cowboy by Kennedy Fox! Ah, Kennedy Fox is the best at writing swoony cowboys and feisty heroines! I loved Kane and Ivy’s story. This age gap romance will live in my mind for days to come! | And last by not least, the third advanced copy I read was Second Chance Love by M. Robinson. I liked this one, but sadly, it wasn’t a love for me. I needed a bit more from this romance to push it to a four star rating.
June Kindle Reads:
I read one book that I had on my anticipated new release list!
I anticipate anything that Aurora Rose Reynolds writes! When I found out she was bringing us another Until Him/Her book, I knew I needed to pick this one up as soon as it hit the shelves! Now, I loved everything about May and Aiden’s story, from their connection to the chemistry, but I wanted so much more! I missed the famous BOOM moment ARR is known for and I missed the strong Mayson family bond. I needed more for me to push this one up to a five star read.
