2022 | June Book Haul

The best part about moving is finding new thrift stores and used book stores! I ventured out one weekend with my mom and we ran across a thrift store that sells a ton of used books and these are the gems I found! The paperback/trade books were 99 cents each and the hardcovers were only $1.49 each! Now that is a steal. I’ll definitely be going back to this thrift store soon! Here are the books I found.

Used Book Haul:

First up on the list is Jaci Burton’s The Best Man Plan! The Best Man Plan is the first book in the Boots and Bouquets series. Every time I come across a Jaci Burton novel at a thrift store/used book store I immediately pick it up. I’m not sure what The Best Man Plan is about but the cover and the title intrigued me. Hopefully It’ll be a great read!

Next up on the list is two novels by Jamie McGuire. I picked up The Walking Disaster and Beautiful Oblivion. I’ve read both of these books in the past and really enjoyed them. I can’t wait to set up my bookshelves and see these bad boys on there.

I also picked up Linger by Lauren Jameson. Lauren Jameson is a new to me author, and after seeing the cover, reading the blurb and the fact that this book was only a dollar, I couldn’t set it back on the shelf. I’m intrigued and can’t wait to pick this book up!

And last but not least, I picked up three books in the Daughter of Smoke & Bones series by Lani Taylor. I’ve heard amazing things about this series, so for the price I couldn’t not pick them up. I know it’s a bit outside of my reading comfort zone, but hopefully I’ll enjoy them.. Fingers Crossed.
