Wrap up

2022 | July Wrap Up

Blog Site Images

July wasn’t as hectic a month as May and June have been. I found a lot of time to read books that have been on my tbr for a really long time. I also managed to stay up-to date on my advanced copy shelf and all of my posts! Whoop! I feel like I actually made progress in my blogging life this month! In July I finished 10 books… I think. So let’s get started.

July ARC Reads:

Never with Me by [Kaylee Ryan] Quintessentially: An ABCs of Love Novel by [Aleatha Romig]

Quintessentially The One – Aleatha Romig -> https://amzn.to/3A0z5w7

I tried to keep my advanced copy reading list to a minimum low in July. So this month I only read two arcs. The first was Never With Me by Kaylee Ryan, you can check out my review HERE. I also read Quintessentially The One by Aleatha Romig, you can read my review HERE. To put it short and sweet, I really enjoyed both of these books! I’ve been in a swoony reads mood, and these two took the swoon to the next level. I can’t wait to read more from these authors in the near future.

July KindleUnlimited Reads:

Dirty Games (Florida Devils Book 1) (Florida Devils Series) Dirty Plays (Florida Devils Book 2) (Florida Devils Series) Dirty Goals (Florida Devils Book 3) (Florida Devils Series)

Dirty Games – Michelle A. Valentine -> https://amzn.to/3Q20NOr
Dirty Plays – Michelle A. Valentine -> https://amzn.to/3zIRLR3
Dirty Goals – Michelle A. Valentine -> https://amzn.to/3Q5od5v

The first series I read this month was the Florida Devil’s Series by Michelle A. Valentine. This series follows the love story from two characters points of view. I highly recommend reading this series in the order written and pictured above. Let it be known, this series is full of DRAMA! and I loved every moment of it.

Nyx: A Dark MC Romance (A Dark & Dirty Sinners' MC Series Book 1) by [Serena Akeroyd, Wander Aguiar]

Nyx – Serena Akeroyd -> https://amzn.to/3JhqdFA

I also started the Dark & Dirty Sinners MC series by Serena Akeroyd. I really enjoyed Nyx’s story and I can’t wait to read more from this series soon! Bring on all the Motorcycle Club vibes!

Strangers in my Bed by [Jade West]

Strangers In My bed – Jade West -> https://amzn.to/3Q8iImH

Sadly, Strangers In My Bed by Jade West was the first book of 2022 that I had to DNF. Usually I’m all for the kink factor in romance. But something about this book at that certain time reading it, didn’t really mesh with me. I wasn’t feeling it so at 30% I set it aside and returned it. I don’t know, maybe I’ll pick it back up in the future.

Rushed (Adventures in Love Book 1) Risky (Adventures in Love Book 2)

Rushed – Aurora Rose Reynolds -> https://amzn.to/3vr5o4Q
Risky – Aurora Rose Reynolds -> https://amzn.to/3POaJew

I also finished the first two books in Aurora Rose Reynolds’ Adventures In Love series. I’m freaking in love with this series and these characters. Everything about these books is everything I love in romance! Holy hell, Aurora Rose Reynolds took her readers on a roller coaster ride!

Wait With Me by [Amy Daws]

Wait With Me – Amy Daws -> https://amzn.to/3SbZoXr

I can’t believe I waited this long to read this series! I’ve read a lot of romance novels in my reading years, and I have to say, we need more mechanic heroes! I loved everything about this novel and these characters. I’m hoping this is a series that gets better with each book.
